Learn More About Me
If you had a million dollars to spend, what would be the first three things you would buy?
Honestly, I would probably end up doing something responsible, like investing. However, for the sake of discussion, there are a couple of things to splurge on. I would enjoy a fine espresso machine, maybe some new powder skis, and a million dollars would buy plenty of airplane tickets to Europe, South America, and New Zealand for epic skiing adventures with friends.
What’s the most likely place people could find you on a Saturday night?
I like to go for long runs on Saturday and relax after. So, I can almost guarantee you that I will be at home, in my dimly lit kitchen, listening to jazz probably reading.
Which would you pick: Living on the beach or living near the mountains?
Livia is a big fan of the beach and together we really enjoy skiing, so I think we would have to go back and forth.
Imagine being approached by a genie who offers you three wishes. What might those wishes be?
Good health, more time with family and more empathy for those in the world.
If you had the ability to travel back in time, what’s something you would tell your 18-year-old self?
In no particular order:
- Slow down
- Run more miles
- Talk with your parents each day
- Meditate more
- Try to worry and want less.
- We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think.
- A disciplined mind brings happiness
